Central Michigan 2-1-1 is a free phone service that provides callers with information about and referrals to human services for every day needs and in times of crisis.  2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

The service is available to residents of Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties. 
 
By dialing 2-1-1, callers are connected with a trained information referral specialist who can discuss the caller’s needs and give them the information and/or agencies they can contact for assistance. Callers can receive referrals to receive help with:

SHELTER
CLOTHING
SUBSTANCE ABUSE SEVICES
RENT and UTILITY ASSISTANC
CHILD ABUSE and NEGLECT
